Return and Refund Policy
- We accept returns and refunds for incorrect/defective items. Kindly contact our customer care team at Instagram about this issue with your Order Number and a picture of the incorrect item or the defective area within 3 working days upon receiving your order and we will reply to you within 1 working day. Kindly ship the item back to us within 7 working days after receiving confirmation from us.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with SOULCHILL tag.
- We accept exchanges for Selected Items. Please contact customer service to inquire about which items are eligible for exchange. The shipping fee for exchange is covered by buyer.
- Since all items are measured manually, there may be results in 1-3cm differences. It will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out. Please contact our customer care team on Instagram for size assistance whenever you have any questions.
- Returns can only be made one time per order number.
- We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not fulfill our returns policy.
