Terms and Conditions

SOULCHILL reserves the right to amend the terms from time to time without prior notice. By purchasing from our website, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms and conditions listed.

Order

1. Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes before checking out.
2. All products are in stock unless it stated 'Backorder'.
3. You are responsible for the accuracy of all orders and the information given in the order. Double-check your order detail before confirming the order.
4. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:
   • Product ordered is no longer available in stock
   • Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice
   • We are unable to obtain authorization of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.
5. Once the order and payment made, we do not accept order cancellation.

Shipping

1. Ready stocks order will be mailed in 1-2 working days upon payment verification while backorder will be mailed around 7-10 working days.
2. All products are in stock unless it stated 'Backorder'.
3. Our mailing day is Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local public holiday.
4. Postage to West Malaysia - RM8. Free shipping for order above RM 120.
5. Postage to East Malaysia - RM13. Free shipping for order above RM 180.
6. Postage to Singapore - RM 25. Free shipping for order above RM 300.
7. Split shipment can be arranged for orders above RM 240(WM) / RM 350(EM) / RM 500(SG). Kindly email / message us to request ship ready stock first.
8. Once the tracking number is emailed to you, your parcel is under the responsibility of our third party postage service provided, any delay or lost parcel happened is beyond our control.
9. We shall not be responsible for lost parcel if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

Payment

1. We accept payment via Billplz(online banking), PayPal (Debit/Credit Card), Bank Transfer, Cash Deposit and TNG E-wallet.
2. Please complete the payment and provide payment notification to us within 24 hours upon order place as all unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after time limit.
